Sex and The City 2 Will I Watch This Movie or Not?

I usually like comedy films but if I will be asked what to prefer to watch a horror movie or a comedy, I will prefer the first one. I am into shocking scenes rather than laughing out so loud. But there are times that I love to watch films.

Now with Sex and The City 2 hitting the theaters this coming May 27, 2010, I am wondering if I will watch it with my wife on theaters or not. To be honest, I am not into the series and I don't even watched its previous movie part. Maybe I am not really a fan of the main stars of the film - Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and Kim Cattrall.

 

What do you think about this newest sequel? Will you watch Sex and The City 2 or not? Will it hit the box office hard just as its predecessor or just flop like other sequels of comedy films. Well based on what I have searched on the net regarding the film, it seems that fans are really anticipating this film and the producer of this film is expecting a high return to this movie.

Everybody is Preparing for the Mayweather-Mosley Big Night

Everybody today seems to be preparing for the big night on May 1, 2010. Its the big fight between two boxing rivals, Floyd "Money" Mayweather and "Sugar" Shane Mosley. The fight is highly waited by a lot of boxing enthusiasts around the world because of the boxers involved on the said fight. Mayweather vs. Mosley is a fight that will really write something on the history book of boxing. Floyd Mayweather Jr. is betting his undefeated record against Shane Mosley's welterweight title.

Its a decade in the making before this fight came. It just not happen soon because Mayweather retired earlier while Mosley keeps on fighting on the ring to prove his worth of being a fighter. The prediction for the fight is quite favorable to Floyd but the poll which participated by hundreds of people are saying that they are even. Mosley can win. Mayweather is crowd's favorite and Pacquiao is waiting for this fight too. I guess Manny won't be on this fight since he is too busy campaigning for his political campaign in the Philippines.

Well, things will surely goes well on the fight date and the result? it is still unpredictable!

Supernatural Season 5 Episode 20 - The Devil You Know (520)

Watch the latest episode of Supernatural - The Devil You Know. It is the 20th episode of Season 5. In the previous episode, "The Gods" who kidnapped Sam and Dean Winchester failed to stop the Apocalypse and Lucifer slaughter them all. Even Gabriel who plays as the Trickster was killed by his brother. However, he revealed something to the Supernatural heroes. He said that they can stop the Apocalypse and end Lucifer's perseverance to get Sam as his vessel. This is by trapping Lucifer to a cage which can be summoned by using the four rings of the "Horsemen."

This is what Supernatural Season 5 Episode 20 is all about. Its the episode where the brothers will try to get all the rings thru the help of Crowly.

South Park is Back with Episode 1407 - Crippled Summer

After the 1406 - 201th episode controversy, South Park guys are back with the newest episode on Wednesday. The South Park episode 1407 is entitled as Crippled Summer and will be airing this coming Wednesday, April 28, 2010. This is what the content of the Comedy Central press release said:

JIMMY AND TIMMY head off TO SUMMER CAMP WITH ALL THEIR HANDICAPABLE FRIENDS in an all-new episode of “South Park” titled “Crippled Summer,” premiering on Wednesday, April 28 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL.

Competition is the name of the game this summer. There is no time for Jimmy and his friends to slack off. They’re working to be this year’s champions at summer camp. Jimmy suits up and prepares to shred in the annual surfing contest.

I thought this show will be temporarily resting because of the "safety issues" of the writers and the Comedy Central because of the previous episode. Glad that I could watch South Park 1407 online later.

Watch Supernatural Season 5 Episode 19 - Hammer of the Gods Online

The latest episode of Supernatural Season 5 is entitled as Hammer of the Gods. It is the 19th episode of the current season and continuation of the Winchester and apocalypse. In this episode, the brothers are abducted by group of gods to use them as a "hostage" so that the angels would stop the apocalypse. Even the so-called "gods" on this story really just hate the "End of the World" concept.

It is amazing how this story gone this far as Sam and Dean are trying to survive the clash of two side of the world, the light and the dark.

The 2010 version of the famous Wes Craven horror film, A Nightmare on Elm Street will be showing this coming end of the month, April 30, 2010. It is a film remake of the original 1984 slasher film that features the killer Freddy Krueger who is terrorizing teens thru their subconscious dreams. In this remake, the darker side of Mr. Krueger is emphasized and his cruelty and sadist intent are more focus. This is to bring a new breed of Nightmare movie.

The modern A Nightmare on Elm Street stars Jackie Earle Haley, Kyle Gallner, Rooney Mara, Katie Cassidy, Thomas Dekker and Kellan Lutz. It is directed by Samuel Bayer and produced by Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller.

Personally, I already know what's the story about because I already watched the 80's movie and it might changed a little but the whole concept will be the same. But I recommend that it should be watched by Freddy Krueger and horror fans.

Got Mastered

So we mixed down the project (Coffee House Chronicles, Morning Brew Books: 1-7) the weekend before last and got it mastered this past weekend (shouts to J Intell, coo dude by the way). We're now at the stage of waiting for some artwork for the project to come through and are still on schedule for releasing the project at the end of this month. I know you guys will enjoy the project, especially if you were VT fans to begin with. If not, I only hope to inspire y'all to jump on the band wagon. Can't Wait to Watch Iron Man 2 - Really Excited!

Ah! I saw the HD version of the official trailer of the Iron Man 2 movie that is scheduled to be released on theaters on May 7, 2010. Its really amazing and show some stuff that I am really expected from the film version of one of the Marvel Comics hero that I personally like. Now its much better, Iron Man 2 shows the portable suit, Whiplash, War Machine, Black Widow, the concert featuring Tony Stark revealing himself as the Iron Man and a lot more.

I just can't wait and will surely watch it in 3D theaters but because of my excitement I might watch Iron Man 2 online then I will watch it again in big screen or vis versa.

Aside from this movie, I will also want to watch Freddie Krueger again and watch A Nightmare on Elm Street 2010 version of the slasher+nightmare film which will show this end of the month as I have mentioned on my previous post about suspense/horror films.

The Runaways is a biographical drama about a 70's all-girl rock band of the same name of the title of the movie. Its stars Twilight Saga princess Kristen Stewart (Twilight, Twilight Saga: New Moon, Twilight Saga: Eclipse) and Dakota Fanning. Now to the question when will you able to watch it, well it was already released in some places on this earth :) but can be seen worldwide this coming Friday, April 9, 2010.

One of the genre that I really love to watch and personally become part of my personal movie collections is the combo or mix of suspense, horror and thriller. Don't get me wrong, I am not as "sick" as you think or a serial killer but I just love being thinking of the shock of the film. I just like the feeling.

Now the following are the movies that will be showing this month of April that I recommend you to watch (online or on theaters its up to you):

1. After.Life - Its Christina Ricci, Liam Neeson and Justin Long in a suspense psychological thriller about a girl waking up in a funeral homes after a horrible accident. Confuse and just puzzled, she doesn't know what to believe, is she dead or not. This is the reason why I would love to watch After.Life later.
2. A Nightmare on Elm Street - I like this upcoming film which is scheduled to be shown on theaters at the end of the month. The film makers brings Freddie Krueger again in the movies and now he is much meaner than ever. No jokes from him only slashing. Watch A Nightmare on Elm Street online or offline it depends, but I prefer it on dark theaters and with wide screen.
3. The Black Waters of Echo's Pond - if you like an evil Jumanji like move well this is one for you. The film is about a board game that brings the worst in the player once they throw the dice and starts playing the game. This will show on April 9, 2010 and Rated R. Shelly Leonor Martinez (born February 9, 1980) is an Mexican-American model, professional wrestler and valet. She is also known for her work with World Wrestling Entertainment on its ECW brand under the ring name Ariel and for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling under the ring name Salinas as valet to The Latin American Xchange (LAX).

Early career

Martinez was trained and first wrestled in Southern California under the ring name Desire, appearing in several independent promotions such as Revolution Pro Wrestling, Empire Wrestling Federation and Ultimate Pro Wrestling where she worked as the storyline sister of Kyra (WWE's Melina). While in UPW, she also competed under the name Halloween Barbie. She also had a run in Women's Extreme Wrestling, where she played the (kayfabe) cousin of Mercedes Martinez.
World Wrestling Entertainment (2005-2007)

Valley Wrestling

In April 2005, Martinez signed a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). By July of that year she was placed in their primary developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), for further training. Her first role there had her, along with Beth Phoenix, acting as co-manager for Aaron Stevens.

Martinez defeated Mickie James to win her debut singles match at an OVW house show on October 29. From there she engaged in numerous feuds with the likes of Beth Phoenix, Serena, Sosay, and Fuji Cakes. In late December, Martinez and Phoenix revived their "co-manager" gimmick to accompany Aaron Stevens to the ring at several SmackDown! house shows for tryout matches. They also appeared together on the January 27, 2006 episode of WWE Heat as part of The Heart Throbs (Romeo Roselli and Antonio Thomas) "Throb-o-Meter" section, dancing in the ring with the team and teasing a kiss, before being interrupted by Trevor Murdoch.

At the February 22, 2006 OVW TV Tapings, Shelly came to ringside and attacked Sosay during an Elijah Burke vs. Robbie Dawber match. Around this time she started a gimmick of being obsessed with Paul Burchill, who was using a pirate gimmick on SmackDown!. On the May 6, 2006 edition of WWE Velocity, Martinez appeared as Burchill's valet, Shelly, for his match against Road Warrior Animal, but before she could become a permanent fixture the entire gimmick was dropped. Returning to OVW, she became involved in Seth Skyfire's ongoing feud with Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and Roni Jonah.

The beautiful Alicia Fox, real name Victoria Crawford, is the latest to join the lovely WWE Divas of pro-wrestling. She had her start with Ohio Valley Wrestling where she refereed a contest between ODB & Shelly Martinez (now with TNA), and also has been in Florida Championship Wrestling. Fox debuted on September 25, 2007 in FCW in a tag team match. Her partner was current Smackdown diva Natalya and they faced fellow WWE divas, Nicole and Brie Bella. Fox returned to FCW in 2008 after a brief stint on Smackdown. During this time, Fox wrestled in matches with the likes of Ryan Braddock (as a teammate) and faced the Bella twins in singles matches.

Alicia had her WWE start earlier this year in a minor Smackdown role. She first started working as the wedding planner for Edge and Vickie Guerrero on June 13, 2008. Edge cheated with her during a private meeting, and Triple H managed to catch them kissing on tape. HHH presented it to the fans, as well as the entire wedding party, enraging Vickie Guerrero. The footage caused chaos with the wedding being called off, and Vickie Guerrero eventually seeking retribution by reinstating the Undertaker to come to WWE and destroy Edge. Alicia was involved in Edge's WWE title match against Triple H at the Great American Bash Pay-Per-View. She attempted to help out Edge, but Vickie Guerrero intervened, causing Edge to spear Vickie. The resulting distraction may have caused Edge to lose the match. After that event, Fox wasn't seen or heard from for several weeks until her recent ECW debut.

Alicia Fox made her ECW debut on the 11/18/08 episode of ECW as the ringside valet of new superstar, DJ Gabriel. The duo danced their way down to the ring as well as in it with Alicia strutting her stuff, despite some negative crowd reaction. Alicia provided eye candy during Gabriel's debut in which he beat a European amateur wrestler using a European forearm uppercut off the second rope. ECW Commentators Todd Grisham and Matt Striker noted that Alica Fox is not only a wedding planner, but also an entrepreneur, which explains her relationship with DJ Gabriel in the WWE.
