Lackey and Jenks to Pawtucket

There will be a couple of familiar faces around McCoy Stadium over the next few days.  Boston Red Sox pitchers Bobby Jenks and John Lackey will both do rehab stints in Pawtucket, the team announced Thursday.

Jenks will start Friday night against Indianapolis, throwing around 20-25 pitches.  Lackey will start Tuesday against Norfolk.

Also, Boston announced Thursday that outfielder Josh Reddick is being called up to take Darnell McDonald's place on the roster while McDonald heads to the disabled list with a left quad injury.

Boston plays in Detroit Thursday afternoon.
