Potential World Series Preview: Phillies vs. Red Sox on Wednesday Night Baseball
Two of the most popular preseason World Series favorites – the Philadelphia Phillies and the Boston Red Sox – will collide this week on Wednesday Night Baseball beginning at 7 p.m. on ESPN2. Both clubs are in the thick of their division races with the Phillies enjoying a five-game lead atop the NL East, and the Red Sox neck-and-neck with the New York Yankees in the AL East. Dave O’Brien will call the game with analyst Nomar Garciaparra and reporter Pedro Gomez.
