Red Sox call up Hottovy

With lefty Rich Hill likely needing Tommy John surgery, the Red Sox called up lefty Tommy Hottovy to Boston for tonight's game with Oakland. To make room on the 40-man roster, the team moved Dice-K Matsuzaka, who will also need Tommy John surgery, to the 60-day disabled list.
