Tommy Bahama brings on new summer items! Tacos, Margaritas!

Summer is the time to lighten
up: Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar celebrates the season by turning up the
heat with a new menu featuring tasty tacos, icy margaritas and refreshing
summer cocktails. Light and full of flavor, their take on this classic street
fare features layers of tastes, all made from scratch with the culinary
craftsmanship of Tommy Bahama. Slow roasted, house-marinated meats, luscious
seafood and scratch salsas made of the finest ingredients the season offers.
Casual and cool, the new taco menu will be served all day at
Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar Town Square Las
Vegas
. Just as
the days of summer pass too quickly, the taco and drink menu is available for a
limited time only through September.

All tacos can be ordered as a
meal or an appetizer depending on how hungry you are and with options like the
Crab & Mango taco featuring lump blue crab nestled in a crispy corn
tortilla with watercress, mango salsa and chipotle aioli don’t be surprised if
you are suddenly addicted.  If you are a
traditionalist, the Street Carnitas, won’t disappoint with a light and tangy
combination of slow-roasted Kalua pork, cilantro, pickled onion, salsa verde
and lime sour cream on a soft multigrain tortilla. If you prefer a little
Caribbean heat, opt for the Jamaican Jerk featuring hand shredded, spiced
chicken,  lime slaw, avocado, mango salsa
and chipotle aioli. The Langosta features succulent lobster sautéed in tomato
relish, topped with bibb lettuce, queso fresco in crispy blue corn
tortillas.  Don’t fret beef lovers; Spicy
Angus chimichurri takes center stage in the Gaucho, with pickled onion, green
apple slaw and fire-roasted salsa on a multigrain tortilla. The classic fish
taco gets a serious upgrade in the Hawaiian: grilled, lightly seasoned
Mahi-Mahi, is dressed with crunchy shredded cabbage, roasted jalapeño aioli and
fresh pineapple salsa. Rounding out the line-up, the Sonoran takes grapefruit
marinated mojo pork and serves it up with pickled onion, cactus petal relish
and lime sour cream.  And if you are
still hungry, don’t miss Tommy Bahama’s Spiked Guacamole, made to order with
fire-roasted salsa and freshly made chips it’s the perfect starter or side for
this selection of savory tacos.

When the temperature rises
and the days get long, the best accompaniment to a tasty taco is something icy
cold and Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar introduces four new seasonal
margaritas along with three fresh market cocktails designed to keep things
light and refreshing. The Sedona Skinny Margarita begins with Tres Generaciones
Anejo served with orange liqueur, grapefruit soda and agave nectar. A bite of
citrus is the kicker in the Pink Grapefruit Margarita, with hand-pressed grapefruit,
orange liqueur with Cazadores Reposado tequila. A winning combination of sweet
and spicy, the Chile-Lime Margarita adds hand-pressed jalapeño and lime,
cayenne pepper and orange liqueur to smooth Sauza Conmemorativo. The Prickly
Pear Margarita blends Sauza, Cointreau, Scratch Sour and prickly pear for a
slightly sweet but fabulously tart margarita. Cocktails also feature the
freshest market ingredients: The Big Kicker is as advertised, with Grey Goose,
St-Germaine Elderflower, hand-pressed jalapeño and Scratch Sour, blended for a
taste that packs a wallop. Sweet and smooth, Easy Does It mixes Ketel One,
watermelon, honey, orange juice and grapefruit soda to make a perfectly
thirst-quenching drink. Ripe and fruity, the One-Two Punch pairs Cruzan Silver,
Cruzan Raspberry, passion fruit, and pomegranate and mango juice for a tasty
treat.
