Lots of Red Sox news today as the line-ups are out for Wednesday night's game against Toronto. Adrian Gonzalez will sit with a sore neck. Kevin Youkilis is back in the starting line-up after a night off Tuesday, he'll be at 1B.

In other news, manager Terry Francona told WEEI in his weekly radio interview that Jon Lester will not pitch on Sunday (Alfredo Aceves will) due to the strained lat on his left side. Lester, who the Red Sox are leaning towards putting on the 15-day disabled list, will have an MRI today. Clay Buchholz is seeing a back specialist in North Carolina as well.
