opportunity to enjoy fresh New Mexico Roasted Hatch Chile’s along with special
menus from Sloppi Jo’s, Lulu’s on the move and cool it off with SnOwOno Shave
Ice.

This gourmet pepper has a
very short growing season which you can only get these Chile’s fresh in August and September. We have teamed up
with the state of New
Mexico and
Bueno foods to showcase this amazing food and allow everyone to enjoy a truly
unique culinary item.

Along with the roasting of
the Chile’s, we will have our EI Beer bar including a Green Chile Beer,
watermelon eating contest, DJ, 3 food trucks, giveaways, prizes and free
samples.
