Majority of you probably heard many myths about masturbation. Traditionally, it's been bloated with inaccuracies regarding negative effects. However, in reality masturbation is more of a help than harm.
Among other things, it can be used to increase

In addition, masturbation also leads to self-discovery. Often when involved in intercourse, a person can become either to shy or self-conscious, or too distracted to pay close attention to the body. If you are experiencing nonstop pains such as headaches, menstrual cramps, and sore joints in many cases a masturbation orgasm can be your relief.

Is masturbation a cure for prostate cancer? An Austrian study in the year 2003, founded that men who masturbated more than 5 times a week are less likely to develop prostate cancer. It states that regularly flushing your system keeps the semen healthy and prevents the building of cancer chemicals. What happens if you refuse to masturbate? Well, like laundry, frustrations build up and you end up with an extra load to clear.

THE TRUTH IS bating' is just as healthy as taking a bath, washing your face, or brushing your teeth. Where’s the embarrassment or danger in that? I believe the dart landed exactly on treatment.
